Richards revealed to Self her diet tips that are working for her and cutting out big meals is one way she can stay in shape. “I have a lot of small meals, that’s best for me. I found that by eating three large meals, I felt too full and felt tired, especially after lunch. ” According to UCLA HealthThe principle behind eating smaller, more frequent meals is controlling blood sugar, also known as blood sugar.
