Northeast Delta HSA Announces Winners of Student Essay Writing Competition

MONROE, LA (BRPROUD) – On Friday, December 10, the Northeast Delta Human Services Authority (NEDHSA), in partnership with the nonprofit Mind Motivation, announced the winners of the student essay writing competition aimed at prevent alcohol consumption among minors and acquire financial literacy among young people.
